Roads

The Road Home

In life, I've traveled many roads
With loved ones and alone
But the road I really treasure most
Is the one that takes me home.

There's no place like home. That is so true. Love the picture. We have rain, rain and more rain. I would much rather have snow. That nice blanket of white is magical this time of year.

Yes, Sunny, we do travel many, many roads in life... Sometimes we go the right direction and sometime we don't.. BUT--we know we can U-turn --and/or detour.... SO---I guess, no matter which roads we do travel, we do have lots and lots of choices!!!!

Have a very very Merry Christmas.
Lotsa Hugs,
Betsy

Wow! This is stunningly beautiful. I love it and the verse. It's so true. There's nothing quite like the road back home.

Very nice thought. We are hunkered down today with chunks of ice falling on the house from our trees. It is a good day to just stay home. Beautiful photo.

With all its bumps and twists and turns, the road home is always the best.

What a great sentiment!

Indeed, but we make our home wherever we go, we carry it in our hearts and in our spirits. Thank you for sharing the spirit of home with us. Have a lovely holiday!
