About Me
- Sunny
- I was born in my grandmother's old mill house in Cornwall, England and came to the USA with my parents in 1958. My Dad was in the RAF and as a child I lived in many different locations in England and even the Rock of Gibraltar.
Massachusetts has always been home in the US except for a brief period when I resided in Idaho, giving me a chance to explore the Great American West.
For nearly 30 years I lived on Cape Cod before my husband and I moved back to the mountains* of Massachusetts with our Goldendoodle Lucy, and our cats, Lilly and Molly. I am also the mother of a grown son.
*Some of you would call them hills but they're mountains to me!

Beautiful capture Sunny, like all the flags, do any get pinched ?
This place looks so peaceful and those flags created a wonderful contrast with all white snow, it's beautiful!

Seems sort of sad seeing those flags waving there in the cold. What a lonely place.

Hey, it was your job to take down the flags after Memorial Day. It is neat they are still there but rigid Iowans put them up at exactly the right time and they come down exactly the day after Memorial day. I like the photo, it is cool that they are at attention.

It makes me remember my dad and what a proud man he was.
