About Me
- Sunny
- I was born in my grandmother's old mill house in Cornwall, England and came to the USA with my parents in 1958. My Dad was in the RAF and as a child I lived in many different locations in England and even the Rock of Gibraltar.
Massachusetts has always been home in the US except for a brief period when I resided in Idaho, giving me a chance to explore the Great American West.
For nearly 30 years I lived on Cape Cod before my husband and I moved back to the mountains* of Massachusetts with our Goldendoodle Lucy, and our cats, Lilly and Molly. I am also the mother of a grown son.
*Some of you would call them hills but they're mountains to me!

Oh isn't it just huge, Sunny? I don't have my long lens here (was in for repairs when I flew up to the Sudan) and took many photos this morning. Nothing spectacular without the zoom. Thanks for all you did for me offline, Sunny. It's much appreciated. I'll let you know what I get... Thanks for your kind comment on my recipe post today. I bet your really did howl! Not. It is a cold looking moon. I haven't tried out the camera for night yet. Maybe this summer, I can wait. We are warming today to 16 degrees which is nice from what we have been experiencing. Take care.

OUWOOooo uuuuuuuu did a good job on this one. it is hard to get a good shot of the moon and you did it.
I found it interesting as to how they came up with the full moon names.
I saw that moon two nights ago--and even posted a picture in my blog.. That was the night BEFORE the big storm... We haven't been able to see the moon since!!!! Lots of snow and ice here.
