A few months ago, I posted about Llamas being used to protect sheep against coyote attacks. It seems that this idea is becoming popular with more farmers, as I discovered on a recent 'photo excursion'. If you missed my previous post, you may see it by clicking here.
Dolly Llama If you are familiar with my blog, you know I was going to
give her a name!

Hi Sunny These are great animals and also becoming popular here in the UK. Hope the fall did not bruise your pride too much.
She looks so proud of her name and she should be. :) She actually reminds me of a sheep that shoud be on a basketball team in the top picture. :)
The lama is cute and looks so graceful, but since she's there to protect the sheep, she probably can stand her ground too:)

Dolly Llama, that's a good one, Sunny. Their faces are so cute, I want one.
I hope the coyotes don't hide in one of those sheep coats.
