Spring Ahead

Bug Hill View
Ashfield, Massachusetts

I am ignoring the ice from yesterday, that coated everything, including the driveway that I inspected 'up close and personal' when I landed on my back!

I am ignoring the snow that fell overnight, even though the weatherman predicted rain.

I am ignoring the wind that has brought the temperatures back down to freezing.

I am moving ahead with the clocks and marching determinedly toward Spring!

Hope your fall did not having lasting effects.

Yep, spring is one day closer. Maybe if you squint you can see a little green under that snow.

Hang in there.

I hope you didn't get hurt while you were inspecting the driveway 'up close and personal'. The picture is absolutely beautiful, but I'm hoping it is one of the last wintry scenes you get to take this year.

Cute poem, Sunny.... But---I hope you didn't hurt yourself when you fell. Scary!!!!!!

Yes---we moved our clocks up and LOST an hour of sleep today.... Sigh!!!!!!!

BUT--maybe spring will come---SOMETIME!!! (It's dreary and rainy here!)

Hugs,
Betsy

Please tell me you didn't bruise anything except your pride when you fell. As for the image, sorry, my friend, but it's too gorgeous to ignore no matter how much we are wishing for spring.

I think we have Spring here. It's supposed to be 65 degrees next week. I think your snow will be all melted by this time next week. If not we'll just get more wonderful pictures like this. :)

My goodness Sunny, you don't have to go to such extreme lengths to examine your drive. I do hope you didn't hurt yourself. Your photo is lovely but like you I now need Spring.

Hang in there Sunny. I know we have chances of snow storms through April but I am ignoring that horrible tradition. We are coming back out to Maine in August and that snow had better be gone by then. Ha.

Wow - you are getting the snow. It looks peaceful, looking at the image. Beautiful too. Stay safe and hopefully warmer weather is coming soon for you!

Ice will do that! Hope the ignoring pays off and the snow and ice leave and not return!

I'm with you, marching towards Spring! Sorry you had a fall. I felt for you. Been there, done that, many times in the winter especially, but thankfully not this winter, too badly anyhow. At least the snow was soft where I landed, TWICE! Hope you're not too sore today. What is it with all this snow???? Thankfully all we've had is a lot of rain this weekend, but I know there has been a little flooding. Yes, roll on Spring!

Gosh, just read this.
Hope you didn't suffer too much from this fall Sunny!
A beautiful photo once again!
Also looking forward to spring although we definitely have more signs of this than yourself.
Appreciate every season, although you do get to a stage were you look forward to the next.
Take care
