I am wondering HOW braveheart got that purple paint on his sweet adorable little face. clever that you recognized braveheart when you saw him. he must have been butting in where he was not supposed to be
When my kids were little they found my fabric paints and painted the dog in colors similar to this ... it wasn't funny at the time but looking back ... :=}
What a cute catch! When we traveled to Ireland, many of the sheep were spray painted. I think it had something to do with who they belonged to. But your idea is cuter!
From the shores of New England to the Oregon coast, I would like to share some of the places that I've been and things that I've seen.
As we travel you may notice; there is an emphasis on Massachusetts...my home state, you will see a lot of barns...that I love, whether old, new or dilapidated, we are not traveling in any particular direction, and we may visit some places more than once.
Please enjoy my American Photo Journey and your comments are welcomed!

The photo in the title...
features the Far Away Farm in Ashfield, Massachusetts.
I was born in my grandmother's old mill house in Cornwall, England and came to the USA with my parents in 1958. My Dad was in the RAF and as a child I lived in many different locations in England and even the Rock of Gibraltar.
Massachusetts has always been home in the US except for a brief period when I resided in Idaho, giving me a chance to explore the Great American West. For nearly 30 years I lived on Cape Cod before my husband and I moved back to the mountains* of Massachusetts with our Goldendoodle Lucy, and our cats, Lilly and Molly. I am also the mother of a grown son.
*Some of you would call them hills but they're mountains to me!

Yes Milton is a true fan. I hope he can cope with all that comes with the facepaint and especially the battle to follow. He does look strong though.
So, he was the blue sheep of the family?
They do that here to show who owns it and to stop others stealing them. It is cute and you've got a great shot.
Looks like he got a black eye, poking his nose into something that wasn't his business. Honestly, he looks a bit sheepish about the whole situation.
Shh, he's listening to us.
Maybe he want to join the circus and be a clown ;)
I guess he's a 'dyed-in-the-wool' sheep, so to say!

Oooh haha! 'dyed-in-the-wool'! So cute!

From the look on his face he is very pleased with the results of his tint and blow dry.
I think he's waiting for a compliment on his stylishness. He's a handsome fellow, though.
Milton is a cutie, Sunny.... We didn't see any sheep on our Sunday ride this past week--but as you know, we saw lots of cows and horses --and dogs....
Hugs,
Betsy
Yes, it is a nice idea - dying the wool whilst it is still on the sheep. Saves time later I suppose.
Hi Sunny nice shot but who was the hairdresser that gave it that tint.
Really dyed in the wool. Thanks for sharing this Sunny. You do get the most brilliant photos. Have a great day. (((Hugs))) Jo
It's decided to go punk!
