On A Clear Day
Mount Monadnock, located approximately 63 miles away in Jaffrey, New Hampshire, rises above the trees in Ashfield, Massachusetts. Also known as Grand Monadnock, it stands at 3165 feet and is known as one of the most frequently climbed mountains in the world.

Have to learn how to say beautiful in more languages!
Super shot Sunny, those lovely clouds really make the scene.
Check out that sky!!! WoW! Love it
I agree with gail, i just might get out the dictionary and look up words that mean the same as beautiful. the clouds look like cotton balls stacked up.
Beautiful scenery!
I love the way the clouds pile up in the sky, the trees pile up on the ground and the mountain stands on its own, cool and confident, solitary and strong.
Great scenery. Have you climbed it? I wonder how to pronounce it too.
This is a beautiful scene. I like both the mountain and the cloudy sky. While I may not be up to climbing Mount Monadnock, I certainly would like to see it in person.
Pretty picture, Sunny. I would probably be one who would enjoy climbing that mountain.
Love the clouds also.
Hugs,
Betsy
Very pretty!
What a nice looking shot. I wish we could see mountains around here.
You sure can see for miles.
Terrific shot.
Darryl and Ruth : )
Breathtakingly beautiful sky.
What awesome scenery, I would love to vacation there !
The clouds look like a continuation of the mountains! This is gorgeous!
This really is a neat shot, Sunny. I like how the colors graduate from dark to medium to light ... and the clouds are so refreshing.
It does look climbable. It is taller than Cadillac Mountain in Maine if my memory is working.
